Unwind Vegan Luxury Beauty is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. The following policies are intended to enhance everyone's experience with us.  

We guarantee all of services as long as the recommended home care in being used.

We do not offer refunds upon dissatisfaction of any services performed. However, we do offer a 2 week dissatisfaction window for any requested adjustments that would like be made to any services that we have performed.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged fifty percent of your service if you do not allot this amount of time. This balance will need to be paid before re-booking another service. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all scheduled appointments but cannot guarantee our system will do so.

We accept Cash, Check, Apple Pay, Venmo, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

We ask that you please make the prior arrangements for your children while you are being serviced with us, unless they are being serviced by a provider during the time of your visit.

As a courtesy to our current salon clients, we do however offer services to their children.

Gift Cards obtained via raffle or donation may only be used for hair care services.

A referral is the highest honor a business can receive from a customer.
